Dear Visitor
I warmly welcome you on behalf of the
whole church family at St John's. We do not know what
your expectations of a church might be but we do believe
that everyone matters to God and we try to reflect this
in our activities. There is something for everyone whatever
their age.

The Queen's JubileeAt the end of this month the celebration s for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee will be reaching there climax with a special double bank holiday on 4th and 5th June.
The Bible encourages believers to submit themselves to the governing authorities for there is no authority except that much God has established. (Romans 13 verse 1) and the Apostle Paul wages ‘that requests, prayers, intercession and thanks giving be made for everyone – for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness’ (1 Timothy 2 Verses 1,2) more ...
What We Believe
- We believe that a Christian is someone who recognises
Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and who seeks
to follow Jesus in daily life.
- Our church aims above all else to help people find
out about Jesus Christ and then grow in their Christian
faith and so all our activities are designed to serve
these purposes.
- We believe that the Bible is God's reliable word
for today, and through it we can know God and how
he wants us to live.
- We want to share the importance of our faith with
others by the way we live our day to day lives and
our involvement in the community
