Simon is married, with two children. Hes been vicar at St Johns since 1997, having previously been a curate in Carlisle. Before ordination, he was a Civil Engineer, working on construction sites and in a design office for about 10 years. Having been born and bred in Cheshire, he and the family enjoy living in Wilmslow and being involved in the local community.
Likes: Sailing, walking, eating out, and is above all passionate about helping others to know Jesus.

| Gareth Crispin (Youth, Children & Families Minister) & Sarah
Gareth is married to Sarah with three young children Ben, Tom and Luke. They moved to Wilmslow in 2010, from London, where Gareth was working in a similar capacity in a Baptist Church. Prior to life with small children and training for Youth & Children's Ministry, both Gareth and Sarah worked in finance jobs in London. Gareth has come to St. John's with a passion to see whole families become friends with God and to become more like Jesus.

 Rachel Griffiths
I’m 21 years old and from Alsager in Cheshire. I’m a recent graduate of the University of Cambridge, where I studied Natural Sciences. Whilst at university I enjoyed being involved in church and with the Christian Union. I enjoy going for walks, reading, watching films and spending time with friends. I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to serve at St John’s Lindow and to be part of the church family. Rachel will be living with Phil and Janet Edgington.
|  Alec Ham who was married to Leah at the beginning of August. Alec writes:
'We met at University in Ambleside only to find that our homes were just 20 minutes through the Mersey tunnel, awayfrom each other.Alec is from the Wirral, and Leah from Liverpool. This last yearAlec has been completing a youth ministry trainee year at St Johns Knutsford, whilst Leah has graduated from University as a Primary School Teacher.
We are both really excited about starting married life in Wilmslow, about serving inthe church family and also about worshipping in the same church as each other finally after a year of along distance relationship!.
We both love sports and outdoor activities. We also like a quiet night watching dvd's,Alec is a major Dr Who fan and LeahlovesFriends.
